Terms of Use
A few ground rules for finding your next plan with Gay Agenda.
Effective September 14, 2026
Using Gay Agenda
These terms apply to the Gay Agenda app and gayagendaapp.com, operated by MVP App Studio, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old. Individual events may have a higher minimum age or other entry requirements.
Event discovery and original listings
Gay Agenda helps you discover events published by third parties. We are not the event organizer, venue, or ticket seller unless we expressly say otherwise. Listing an event does not mean we sponsor, endorse, verify, or guarantee it.
Times, venues, prices, availability, accessibility information, and other details may change or be incomplete. Events can be cancelled or removed. Check the original listing and organizer before buying tickets or traveling. An event disappearing from Gay Agenda does not by itself confirm cancellation.
Tickets and attendance
Ticket links take you to independent providers. Purchases, fees, refunds, cancellations, admission, and event conduct are governed by the organizer’s or ticket provider’s terms. Gay Agenda cannot issue refunds for third-party purchases. Contact the relevant seller or organizer about those transactions.
You are responsible for your attendance decisions, travel arrangements, and compliance with venue rules and local law. We do not guarantee the safety, suitability, or accuracy of any event or venue.
Permitted use
You may use the service for personal, lawful event discovery and share the public event links we provide. Do not disrupt or overload our services, bypass access restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, use the service to harass people, or copy and republish our service or third-party content without permission. We may limit access to protect the service or address violations.
Content and ownership
Gay Agenda’s software, brand, and original website content belong to MVP App Studio, LLC or its licensors. Event descriptions, artwork, names, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Sharing a link does not grant rights to reuse the linked content.
If a listing is inaccurate or you believe your rights are infringed, email hello@mvpappstudio.com with the event link, your contact information, and enough detail for us to review your request.
Availability and limitations
We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You should keep a separate record of plans and tickets you need.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MVP App Studio, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party events and services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other conduct for which limitations are prohibited.
Privacy and Apple’s terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Your use of the app is also subject to any applicable Apple terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies. Apple is not the operator of Gay Agenda or its event listings.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will appear here with a revised effective date, and we will give additional notice where required. Questions can be sent to MVP App Studio, LLC at hello@mvpappstudio.com.
